Title: Effects of mental health intervention in first grade undergraduate nursing students
Abstract: Objective To understand the effects of mental health education in first grade undergraduate nursing students,so as to provide theoretical basis for their mental health education.Methods Totally,114 first grade undergraduate nursing students were divided into the control group and the group.The method included establishing education network system,and implementing six ones intervention model.Results After psychological intervention,except for the factors of somatization and terrorist,most factor scores of SCL-90 of first grade nursing students in the were lower than the national norm of college students(P 0.05).The total score of the control group was higher than that of the national norm(P 0.05).The group were lower than the control group,in the factor scores of symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility and the total score of SCL-90(P 0.01 or P 0.05).Scores of social avoidance and total score of SAD in the group were decreased(P 0.05).Conclusion The three-in-one education network system,and implemented six ones intervention model have great effect on improving mental health level of first grade nursing students,and are worthy to be used among college students.
