Title: Procreation Outcome Study of Women with Scarred Uterus History
Abstract: Objective To study childbirth delivery mode selection of subsequent pregnancy with scarred uterus and its effect on neonates.Methods 200 cases scarred uterus subsequent pregnancy women and 400 unscarred uterus pregnancy women were collected from August 2008 to August 2011 in our hospital.Delivery modes(vaginal delivery or cesarean section) were selected according the condition of scarred uterus pregnant women.The operation status of subsequent cesarean section and first time cesarean section were compared;vaginal delivery status of scarred uterus and unscarred uterus were compared.Results The differences in intrapartum hemorrhage,operation time,incision of non-grade A healilng and length of hospital stay of repeaetd cesarean section of scarred uterus had statistical significance(P0.05)compared with control group.Vaginal delivery results of the two groups were similar,without statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Delivery modes should be selected according to the condition of scarred uterus pregnant women,vaginal delivery should be tried if possible,under close observation.
