Title: The Relationship Between The Severity of Coronary Artery Stenosis of The Elder and The Levels of Lipoprotein(a) and High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between the severity of coronary artery stenosis of the elder and the levels of lipoprotein(a) and high sensitivity c-reactive protein.Methods:260 patients underwent coronary angiography and measured the levels of Lipoprotein(a) and high sensitive C-reactive protein, and evaluated The severity of coronary artery lesions through the number of diseased arteries. Results: ①Compared with control group, the levels of hs-CRP and LP(a) of CHD group increased evidently(P0.05).②The levels of hs-CRP and LP(a) of each subgroup(single, double and multi vessels pathological changes) were significantly higher than the levels of the control group(P0.05),and Linear correlation analysis showed that the levels of hs-CRP and LP(a) were positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery stenosis.③There is no difference between elder male's and elder female' levels of hs-CRP and LP(a)(P0.01).Conclusion: The relationship are positive and close between the severity of coronary artery stenosis of the elder and the levels of lipoprotein(a) and high sensitivity c-reactive protein.hs-CRP and LP(a) levels had no difference between male and female elders.
