Title: Comparative Study of Scarred Uterus after Cesarean Section of Repregnancy and Non-scarring Uterine Cesarean Section
Abstract: Objective: To study the delivery results of scar uterus,the complications and risk of re-pregnant after cesarean delivery.To reduce the rising cesarean rate caused by the social factors.Method: Retrospectively analyzed 115 cases in experimental group from Jun.2011 to May 2012,selected 120 cases non-scarring uterine pregnancy and delivery(control group) at the same time.Result: The delivery ways of pregnant women with scar uterus mainly were taken cesarean delivery,the social factors was the main reason,and have significant of two groups(P0.05),the control group rate of fetal distress,abnormal of labor progress,cord around the neck were higher than experimental group,have significant difference(P0.05);the rates of uterine rupture and average amount of intraoperative bleeding in the recurred cesarean,operation time,postoperative bleeding,duration of lochia were higher than control group,have significant(P0.05).Experimental group's rate of uterine rupture was higher than control group(p0.05).Conclusion:The risk of repregnancy women with scar uterus are significantly raised,it is entirely necessary to strictly control the occurrence of cesarean section without medical signs.
