Title: Sini Decoction in Treating 63 Cases of Peptic Ulcer
Abstract: [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Sini decoction in treatment of peptic ulcer.[Methods] The patients were randomly divided into the control group of 52 cases and the experimental group of 63 cases.The experimental group were treated with Sini decoction.The control group ere treated with ranitidine or omeprazole.[Results] The clinical healing rate of the treatment group is 28.57%,the total effective rate is 92.06%,recurrence rate is 7.56%;The clinical healing rate of the control group is 11.54%,the total effective rate is 82.69%,the recurrence rate is 21.62%.The difference of two groups of total effective rate was not statistically significant(P0.05).The difference of clinical cure rate and relapse rate were significant(P0.05).[Conclusion] The treatment of peptic ulcer with Sini decoction were better than the western medicine group in clinical cure rate and relapse rate.
