Title: Clinical Studies of Delivery Mode and Subsequent Pregnancy Outcome in Uterine Scar Pregnancy
Abstract: Objective: To study the mode of delivery and pregnancy outcome of the uterine scar pregnancy again. Method: All 100 cases subsequent pregnancy maternal uterine scar in our hospital from Oct.2011 to Oct. 2012 were selected,the vaginal delivery in 34 cases,the establishment of the vaginal delivery group,the again cesarean section in 64 cases,maternal delivery and complications the establishment of the cesarean section group. Comparison analysis of two groups of. Result: The vaginal delivery group and 1 min Apgar score was significantly higher than that of cesarean section group,there was statistically significant difference( P 0. 05),vaginal delivery group,amount of bleeding,neonatal birth weight,length of hospital stay,cost of hospitalization were significantly less than the cesarean section group,There's statistically significant differences were significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion: It's safe to master the indications and contraindications,close observation of the birth process,to discovery and deal with difficult labor,the majority of the vagina for the uterine scar pregnancy.
