Title: Influencing factors and product property of low temperature pyrolysis of oil sludge
Abstract: The pyrolysis experiments of oil sludge were carried out utilizing an external-heat fixed bed reactor to study the influence of sludge property, final pyrolysis temperature and heating pattern on the products distribution, and the properties of pyrolysis products were inquired into.Pyrolysis liquid and gas producing rate increased with enhancing volatile content; enhancing final temperature could promote the carried out of primary and secondary decomposition reaction; and rapid heating pattern could decrease the producing rate of solid and liquid. Liquid product of pyrolysis was composed of complex wide boiling point oil with high content of alkane; and the main pyrolysis gas and solid residue were hydrocarbon type and ash component, respectively.
