Title: Amber Pill for the Treatment of Acute Closed Soft Tissue Injury Random Parallel Control Study
Abstract: [Objective] To observe the amber pill treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury. [Methods] Using random parallel control method,100 cases of hospitalized patients with simple number according to the disease in hospital volunteers were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 50 cases of lifted him Lin(diclofenac sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride),50mg/time,3times/d,oral. Treatment group(50 cases of amber pill(homemade)orthopaedic hospital in shenyang,4g/time,2times/d,oral. Continuous treatment for 1 week to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,pain,swelling,ecchymosis,dysfunction,and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group,including 13 cases of recovery,37 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group cure 13 cases,11 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,14 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). Pain,swelling,ecchymosis,dysfunction in the two groups were improved(P0.05),bruises,pain and dysfunction treatment group improved better than that of control group(P0.05),and swelling of the improvement has no obvious difference between the two groups(P0.05). Amber pill. [Conclusion] the treatment of acute closed soft tissue injury,curative effect is satisfied,no side effect,is worth promoting.
