Title: Research on the Field Pilot Test of Heavy Oil Aquathermolysis Catalyst
Abstract: In view of the current Shengli Oil field exists thermal heat production of a low utilization rate,the low oil recovery in the course of heat oil steam stimulation technology,the use of steam-assisted chemical decomposition process viscosity can solve these problems.The results show that the process has a high rate of extra-heavy oil viscosity reduction,no rebound viscosity,reduced the exploitation of heavy oil difficult.In the two ultra-heavy oil wells of Shengli Oil field were conducted with steam-assisted chemical decomposition process viscosity,the pilot test results showed that the steam-assisted cracking and viscosity reduction in chemical technology can replace the traditional electric heat steam stimulation technology to maintain normal oil production.Test wells viscosity reduction rate can be more than 80%,on single well oil production can be more than 60%;at the same time,oil well loading decreased significantly,reducing power consumption,significantly cutting down production costs.
