Title: Effectiveness of Self-Efficacy of Female College Students on Career Decision-Making by Group Counseling
Abstract: For exploring the effect of group counseling on self-efficacy in career decision-making of female college students,the research was conducted on fifty-eight female college students in grade one (experimental group and control group,each 28).Experimental group were received 8 weeks' group counseling.Experimental group and control group were administrated Career Decision-Making Self Efficacy scale (CDMSE) and SAS,before and after intervention.Results:Before the group career counseling,the two groups had no significant difference in self-efficacy and anxiety.After that,the experiment group's scores of 3 dimensions of CDMSE improved,while that of the control group had no change.The anxiety of the experiment group was also lower than that of control.Conclusion:The group career counseling was effective on improving students' self-efficacy in career decision-making.
