Title: Efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease
Abstract: Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease.Method From March 2009 to March 2011,54 cases of non-erosive reflux disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each was 27 cases,the observation group were treated with rabeprazole and control group was treatmed with ranitidine,and compared the two groups of treatment.Results 2 weeks after treatment the 24h lower esophagus pH was monitored,there was significant difference(P0.05) compared with before treatment,statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of rabeprazole in the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease is significantly superior to ranitidine therapy,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
