Title: Distribution of Remaining Oil in Layered Edge-water Reservoir Development Using Horizontal Wells
Abstract: The effect of development is perfected in thin layered reservoirs, however, with the increase of water cut,the relation of oil and water is complicated, and remaining oil is scattered.By taking TZ16 Oilfield development by horizontal wells for example, ageological model is established based on production performance and the method of flowing units. Then remaining oil features of TZ 16 Oilfield are summarized by using the method of numerical modeling.Based on the rule of remaining oil distribution, control factors of remaining oil are analyzed from the aspects of vertical and plane. The conclusion can be got that physical property, interlayer, rules of rhyming, microtectonics, degree of well network, faults, uneven water breakthrough of horizontal wells can influent distribution of remaining oil.The location of remaining oil can be got accurately, using the rules. The article provides favorable basis for undermining remaining oil,and has guiding significance for enhanced recovery at high water cut stage.
