Title: Clinical efficacy of Sodium Cantharidate Vitamin B_6 Injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of liver cancer
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sodium Cantharidate Vitamin B6 Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with liver cancer were enrolled,including 38 patients in the trial group receiving Sodium Cantharidate Vitamin B6 Injection in combination with chemotherapy,and 38 patients in the control group receiving chemotherapy alone.Results The total responsive rates in the trial group and the control group were 42.1% and 39.5%,respectively,and there were no significant differences between the two groups(P=0.81).The total tumor stabilization rates were 78.9% and 67.9%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P=0.048).The life quality,immunity function and the weight had a better improvement in the trial group than in the control group(P0.05).The major toxic reactions had a better alleviation in the trial group than in the control group,especially in the gastrointestinal tracts reactions and myelosuppression(P0.05).Conclusion Sodium Cantharidate Vitamin B6 Injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of liver cancer can improve patients′ condition,increase immunity function,prolong the progression of disease,increase the life quality and reduce the toxic reactions.
