Title: DIFERENCE OF CRP BEFORE AND AFTER ULINASTATIN TREATMENT IN THE PATIENTS WITH SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATIFIS
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect on C-reactive protein(CRP)in severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) patients treated with Ulinastatin(UTI). Methods 58 cases of SAP were divided into two groups:30 in Ulinastatin group and 28 in non-Ulinastatin group.The two groups were treated with traditional treatment.The Ulinastatin-group was treated with Ulinastatin in addition.The laboratory examination were detected before and on 5th and 10th day after the treatment. Results The level of CRP in the two groups elevated obviously before treatment.Compared with the non-Ulinastatin-group,the level of Ulinastatin group were remarkably improved on 5th and l0th day after the Ulinastatin treatment,and there was statistical significance(p0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin can reduce the level of CRP in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,benefit the rehabilitation of severe acute pancreatitis.
