Title: Study on Solvent Deacidification of High-acidity Crude Oil
Abstract: A complex-solvent deacidification process to recovery naphthenic acid from crude oil is introduced. The impacts of solvent composition, reaction temperature and time, and solvent to oil ratio on reducing the acidity of crude oil were investigated in the laboratory. The experimental results indicated that, under the specified deacidification process conditions, acidity reduction rate of high-acidity crude was over 65%and the acid number of the deacidified oil was reduced to 0.5mgKOH/g.In addition, the complex-solvent after extraction could be recycled for reutilization, and the naphthenic acid was recovered as by-product.
