Abstract: Field experiment of six treatments with different nitrogen fertilizer and applied method were conducted to survey the effect of growth period, agronomic traits, economic character, and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco K326.The results showed as follows, compared with other treatments, treatment two(the condition of applying N 150 kg/hm2,using 30% as base fertilizer and 70% as after maturing)was the best one,the nitrogen fertilizer lost less in earlier stage and supplied enough in mid-and late stage, could content the demand in tobacco prosperous long-term and top pruning period, raise the level of nutrition of flue-cured,enhance tobacco substances synthesis capacity, form a good field growing, and turned to mature normally, which is good for full conversion of inclusions, promote chemical composition balance, and improve the production, quality and farmer's income.
