Title: The clinical research of uterine scar pregnancy childbirth mode in 50 cases
Abstract: Objective To observe the impact of different delivery methods on the matemal having the uterus with a scar and seek its reasonable modes of delivery.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 52 patients with scar uterogestation who were admitted in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012.Results Among 52 patients,27 cases were vaginal delivery,with the rate of 51.92%,25 cases were repeat cesarean section,with the rate of 48.08%,there were no significant differences of Apgar score between the two groups(P0.05),and there were significant differences of the postnata complication and hospitalization duration between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The uterus with scars can not serve as indications of the cesarean section,the one in line for the vaginal delivery should be given full opportunity to trial production,which will reduce complication of cesarean section rates and reduce complications of cesarean section,having a great significance.
