Title: Change of serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein in early diabetic nephropathy
Abstract: Objective:To study the change of serum hs-CRP in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:In 60 patients with T2 DM selected for this study,30 patients were with normal UAER,and the others were with microalbuminuria.30 healthy subjects were used as control group.The serum levels of hs-CRP were measured.Results:The levels of hs-CRP were significantly higher in patients with T2 DM than those of control group(P0.01).The levels of hs-CRP were significantly higher in patients with microalbuminuria than those of patients with normal UAER(P0.01).Conclusion:CRP as a inflammatory factors is associated with diabetic mellitus and diabetic nephropathy.
