Title: Oculomotor Schwannoma Inside the Cavernous Sinus: A Case Report
Abstract: Schwannomas within the cavernous sinus were rare. Almost all reported cases arose from the branches of trigeminal nerve. Very rarely, however, schwannoma can also originate from the oculomotor, trochlear, or abducens nerve within cavernous sinus. In this report, we present a very unusual case of oculomotor schwannomre. The subtotal removal of tumor improved neurological function and caused no morbidity.
