Title: Estudio teórico y experimental sobre el aprendizaje de conceptos y procedimientos inferenciales en secundaria
Abstract: En este articulo describimos una investigacion realizada con el fin de estudiar el conocimientoinformal que los estudiantes de secundaria tienen de la estadistica inferencial y desarrollar un marco teorico para su ensenanza que hemos llamado ERIE (acronimo de Esquema de Razonamiento en Inferencia Estadistica). ERIE esta situado en el modelo evolutivo SOLO descrito por Biggs y Collis (1982; 1991) y ha sido formulado, refinado y validado mediante dos estudios empiricos y un estudio de casos llevados a cabo con estudiantes de este nivel de ensenanza. Consta de cuatro constructos y cuatro niveles de razonamiento en cada uno de ellos. Los constructos son ‘Poblacion y muestra’ (PM), ‘Proceso de inferencia’ (PI), ‘Tamano muestral’ (TAM) y ‘Tipos de muestreo’ (TIM) y en cada uno de ellos los niveles de razonamiento son un continuo desde el idiosincrasico hasta el analitico. Los resultados empiricos muestran que ERIE puede caracterizar el aprendizaje de la inferencia estadistica elemental y puede servir para evaluarla. ERIE, Moreno (2003), es una contribucion al conocimiento teorico en el campo de la Educacion Estadistica y puede ayudar en la organizacion de la ensenanza especifica en cursos introductorios.
