Abstract: Spontaneous intracranial hypotension is a rare event. In addition to the classic features of postural headache and low cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pressure, a case is presented with subdural fluid collections demonstrated by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) together with a review of the literature.
