Title: P70. Incidence of thromboembolism during neoadjuvant chemotherapy for oesophago-gastric carcinoma
Abstract: Introduction: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy for oesophago-gastric cancer (OGC) is cisplatin based and carries a recognised risk of thrombo-embolism (TE). Thromboprophylaxis is not routinely used during pre-operative chemotherapy. We aimed to evaluate the incidence of TE in patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
