Title: Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection with Left Ventricular Aneurysm - A Case Report of Successful Surgical Repair
Abstract: An aorto-coronary artery bypass operation combined with left ventricular aneurysmectomy was performed successfully in a 56-year-old man who had suffered spontaneous coronary artery dissection with left ventricular aneurysm. It is important to perform myocardial revascularization surgery even if the region for anastomosis is dissected.
