Title: Effects of Transplanting Density and Nitrogen Fertilizer on Yield and Resistant Starch(RS) in Different Genetic Function Rice
Abstract: A field experiment was conducted with different transplanting densities and nitrogen fertilizer using four different resistant starch varieties rice. The main result showed that:(i)The significant effect of nitrogen fertilizer and transplanting density on panicle number, grain number per panicle,seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight was observed.Under the high nitrogen fertilizer,seed-setting rate,1000-grain weight, yield and resistant starch were decreased significantly in the treatment with increasing transplanting density.(ii) The close relationship among panicle number, seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight, yield and resistant starch would be obtained under medium-fertility field with four varieties rice.RS21 and Zhefuyou 1 sensitive to N application were higher with nitrogen application of 337.5 kg/ha,transplanting density of 2 plant/hole and high peak seedling of 500.0×104/ha.And Gongmi 1 and Gongmi 3 had high yields with nitrogen application of 300.0 kg/ha,transplanting density of 4 plants/hole and high peak seedling of 450.0×104/ha.
